About Our Flea Control Service

Fleas are brought into NYC homes by pets, wildlife, and even on clothing. A single flea can lay hundreds of eggs, and the flea lifecycle — eggs, larvae, pupae, adults — makes elimination challenging without treating all stages simultaneously. Our flea control covers interior spaces and yard areas, using products that break the lifecycle at every stage.

What’s Included

  • Interior and yard treatment for comprehensive coverage
  • Targets all lifecycle stages — eggs, larvae, pupae, and adults
  • Pet re-entry timing guidance provided after treatment
  • Vacuuming recommendations before treatment for best results
  • satisfaction guarantee

Our Treatment Process

Clients should vacuum thoroughly before treatment to stimulate pupae hatching. Our technicians treat all carpeted areas, pet resting spots, furniture bases, and yard areas where pets spend time. We use an adulticide to kill active fleas and an insect growth regulator (IGR) to prevent eggs and larvae from developing.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to treat my yard for fleas?

If your pet has access to outdoor areas, yard treatment is strongly recommended. Fleas can survive outdoors in shaded, moist areas and will re-infest your pet and home if not addressed.

How long after treatment before my pet can return?

Most treatments require 2–4 hours of drying time before pets can re-enter. We provide specific re-entry guidance based on the products used.

I still see fleas after treatment — is that normal?

Yes. Flea pupae in cocoons are resistant to insecticides. They will hatch over 7–14 days after treatment. Continued vacuuming will speed up the process by stimulating hatching, exposing them to residual product.
